You will be redirected to the Ride with GPS website where you will be able to view the course map (zoom in/out), see the elevation profile and read turn by turn directions. There is an option to export the course files directly from the website on the right hand side of the page, if you are unable to download from the links above.
How to download Course Files
Easiest Way to download the GPX or TCX Files:
1. Download files from this website to a folder on your desktop.
2. Plug in your Garmin, open up it's folder, go to the "New Files" folder.
3. Drag either the .gpx or .tcx file you downloaded into the "New Files" folder.
4. Sometimes you can only do one day at a time, it depends on your Garmin.
5. Turn on the Garmin, your "Route" should now be in the "Courses" directory in the unit.
If your downloaded document file does not have the extension .gpx or .tcx, rename it and "Save as" a .gpx or .tcx file before uploading to your device. Good Luck and Happy Running.

52 miles - 7399' elevation gain
starts at 6:30 am ~ 14 hour time limit
30K runners are allowed 7 hours, 50K runners are allowed 9 hours and 50M runners are allowed 14 hours to complete their races. Strict cut offs for 50M runners within the 14 hour overall finishing time. Please read below.
ALL 50M RUNNERS MUST COMPLETE THEIR FIRST 30.6 MILES WITHIN 9 HOURS in order to continue on their last 21 miles. THIS IS A HARD CUT OFF, so if you are not back to the start/finish line area by 3:30 pm you will have to end your 50M race at whatever time you arrive at the finish line after 3:30 pm and receive a 50K race time. If you make the 3:30 pm cut off, you may start your last 21 miles. You MUST finish the next 10 miles in 2 hours or you will not be allowed to start the last 10 miles. THIS IS A HARD CUT OFF. If you are not at the start/finish area by 5:30 pm for 41.6 miles, this will result in a DNF on your 50M race. So plan your race and decide if you narrowly make the first cut off, will you take a chance on the last two loops and perhaps get a DNF or will you call it a day and take a time for the 50K instead.
Sunrise is at 6:54 am and Sunset is at 6:31 pm on October 7. So you may want to start your race with a headlamp. If you are running the 50M race, you will want to grab it again at Mile 41.6 before heading back out to finish your last 10 miles.
AID STATION LOCATIONS
Full Aid Stations at Mile 0, 11, 15, 23'ish, 31, 43 and 49. Water and very minimal aid at Mile 8, 18, & 20. Water ONLY at 26 and 36.
the 50m race course WILL SHARE THE FIRST 30.6 MILES WITH THE 50K RUNNERS. both races will run 30.6 miles together. 50m'ers will return to the start at the end of the 50k course (read details in 50k course description above). IF YOU HAVE NOT MADE THE cut-off of 9 hours by 3:30pm OR IF YOU'VE HAD ENOUGH, you'll receive a 50k race time. IF YOU'RE GOOD TO GO, this IS THE TIME TO REFUEL, REHYDRATE AND GET THAT MUCH NEEDED "ATTA BOY/GIRL~YOU SO GOT THIS" FROM YOUR friends anD family before WE SEND YOU BACK OUT TO start the last 20'ish miles of your course... THE next 10 MILES IS A TRAVERSE OF THE CHEESEBORO RIDGE TRAIL VIA cheeseboro canyon trail, CANYON VIEW TRAIL and modelo trail. YOU'LL HIT THE START/FINISH AREA ONE MORE TIME TO REFUEL/REHYDRATE BEFORE HEADING BACK OUT TO FINISH YOUR LAST 10 MILES. IF YOU ARRIVE BACK TO THE START/FINISH AREA AFTER 5:30 PM (11 HOURS FROM START), YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED BACK ON THE COURSE TO START THE LAST 10 MILES. THIS WILL RESULT IN A DNF, so be mindful of your time. Your final loop STARTS UP MODELO TRAIL TO PALO COMADO. A LOOP around PALO COMADO, DOUBLETREE, SMOKE TREE, and the "infamous" deadcow trail before heading BACK TO PALO COMADO. take palo comado to the modelo ridgeline for a rolling fast finish downhill! CONGRATULATIONS ~ YOU JUST FINISHED the 50M RACE AT NO NAME 5030...which is actually 52 miles, so be prepared when looking at your gps device. no surprises here!

MILE 30.6 - 3:30 PM (9 HOURS FROM START)
MILE 41.6 - 5:30 PM (11 HOURS FROM START) ***grab headlamp before heading out***

Trail Running events in Southern California & beyond
the 50k race course follows the same course as the 50m race course. both races will run 30.6 miles together. runners will run out cheeseboro canyon trail to shepherd's flat. heading up to china flat via sheep corral & palo comado trails. after completing the first china flat~simi peak loop, all runners will descend albertson motorway for two independent loops on the lang ranch open space trails ~ meadow vista trail, hidden canyon trail and lang ranch ridge trail. AID WILL BE AT THE BOTTOM OF ALBERTSON MOTORWAY along with your drop bag if you packed one. once you have completed your two loops, all runners will climb back up albertson motorway to china flat for aNOTHER, loop before heading into the las virgenes upper canyon space. you can thank me for the climb back up later~hehe! The next secton is very remote. so top off ON water before heading out on the ridge (WATER DROP ON TOP). you will be on the ridge and upper las virgenes backcountry for 6 (exposed) miles before seeing WATER again. HERE YOU WILL HEAD BACK TO THE START/FINISH AREA ON CHEESEBORO CANYON TRAIL FOR A FLATTER 3 MILES until YOUR LAST CLIMB UP PALO COMADO & MODELO trails TO THE AWESOME DOWNHILL fast FINISH.

30K RUNNERS WILL BE STARTING THEIR RACE WITH THE 15K RUNNERS AND FOLLOW THE FIRST 9.6 MILES WITH THEM. 30K RUNNERS WILL RETURN TO THE START AREA AFTER 9.6 MILES TO REFUEL, REHYDRATE AND HEAD BACK OUT FOR THEIR REMAINING 9 MILES. HEADING OUT, YOU'LL CLIMB UP MODELO TRAIL TO PALO COMADO. UP PALO COMADO TO SMOKETREE & DOUBLETREE TRAILS. PALO COMADO AGAIN and THEN TURN AROUND AT DEAD COW. HEADing BACK TO THE START/FINISH AREA via modelo FOR A DOWNHILL FINISH.

15k runners will start with THE 30K RUNNERS and run out cheeseboro canyon trail TO SHEPHERD'S FLAT. RIGHT ON SHEEP CORRAL AND UP TO THE RIDGE. RUNNERS WILL HEAD BACK DOWN TO CHEESEBORO CANYON TRAIL VIA THE RIDGE CONNECTOR TRAIL. RETURNING TO THE fast FINISH ON MODELO ridge trail.
